Field conversations happen in

Your call report says “Doctor positive.” The doctor said something else.

MRs fill call reports at night, from memory. Objections, side effects and stock-outs rarely make it in.

What you will finally know.

Answers that today take a field visit, a survey or a guess.

Why aren’t doctors prescribing?

The real objections, by brand, speciality and HQ, from the calls themselves.

What is the competition doing?

Which rival MRs are visiting your doctors, what they say and what they leave behind.

Is the launch message landing?

Hear how each MR explains the new brand, and who needs coaching before the next cycle.

Are side effects getting reported?

Calls where a doctor mentions a side effect are flagged for your safety team.

Where are stock-outs costing prescriptions?

Chemist visits that mention empty shelves, by town and brand.

Which doctors are ready to prescribe more?

Doctors who asked for samples, data or a follow-up, so MRs know where to go next.

Three ways to capture, one picture.

Start with what your legal team is comfortable with.

1

In-clinic

The doctor agrees, and the call is recorded. The richest view of what doctors say.

2

After the call

The MR speaks a one-minute voice note after leaving the clinic, in any language. No doctor is recorded.

3

Joint field work

Calls where a manager rides along are captured, so coaching uses real moments.

Zoom out from one call to all of India.

One call tells you what one doctor thinks. All of them together tell you what to change before the next cycle. Scroll down to see how.

  1. One doctor call (1 call, illustrative): What did Dr. Mehta say? Brand A works, but her patients find it expensive. A competitor’s MR left samples last week.
  2. One MR, one week (24 calls, illustrative): What is Rahul hearing? Price came up in 7 of his 24 doctor calls. Three doctors named the same competitor brand.
  3. One HQ (180 calls, illustrative): Is it just Rahul? No. Across Pune HQ, price is now the top objection from cardiologists. Last cycle it was third.
  4. One zone (640 calls, illustrative): Is it just Pune? It is rising in Mumbai and Nashik too, wherever the competitor’s cheaper brand has launched.
  5. All India (1,800 calls, illustrative): What should we change? The same objection shows up in 9 of 12 zones. Update the price answer in the detailing aid before the next cycle.

Built for pharma rules.

Consent comes first, on every visit.

Doctor says yes first

Recording starts only after the doctor agrees. If not, the MR records a short note after the call instead.

Safety and compliance

Possible side effects and claims beyond the approved label are flagged for review.

Fair to MRs

MRs see their own notes first. Coaching comes from real calls, not guesswork.

Questions people ask.

What does Groundsay do for pharma companies?

It shows what actually happens in MR calls: what doctors say about your brands, which objections and competitor brands come up, whether the key message was delivered, and which MRs need coaching. You can look at one call, one MR, an HQ, a zone or all of India.

What if a doctor does not want to be recorded?

Then nothing is recorded in the clinic. The MR can speak a one-minute voice note after leaving, in any language, so no doctor is recorded. Calls where a manager rides along can also be captured for coaching.

How are possible side effects handled?

Mentions of possible side effects, and claims beyond the approved label, are flagged for review by the right team rather than shown on sales dashboards.

Which languages does Groundsay understand?

Groundsay is built for the way Indian field teams speak: Hindi, Hinglish, Marathi, Tamil, Telugu, Kannada, Bengali, Gujarati, Malayalam, Punjabi, Odia and English, including conversations that switch between languages mid-sentence. Every conversation is written down in English, next to the original.
