Groundsay records real conversations, so how we treat people’s data matters more than anything else we build. This page covers this website and the principles the product is designed around.

This website

• No cookies, no analytics and no advertising trackers.
• Fonts and code are served from this site, not from third parties.
• If you email us, we use your message only to reply to you.

How the product is designed

• Consent first. A conversation is recorded only after the customer agrees. If they say no, nothing is recorded.
• Role-based access. Reps, managers and admins see only what their role needs.
• Built for India’s Digital Personal Data Protection Act. Notice, consent, retention limits and deletion are part of the product design.
• Your data is yours. The product is designed so customer organisations decide how long recordings are kept, and can delete them.

These are the principles we design to, not a legal privacy policy. Formal data terms are agreed in writing with each customer.
